Your appointments are very important to us here at Lucky Bumble. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with 24-hours notice. 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Please do not book multiple appointments for the same day, unless they are for multiple clients.

We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  Here is our general breakdown of these fees:

•    LATE CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: Less than 24-hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of reserved service amount.

Same-day reschedules: A $20 fee will be applied to same day reschedules in the event we are unable to fill the cancelled spot. This fee helps cover the cost of paying our artists for their time. Please reschedule with 24 hours notice if you are unable to cover this fee.

•    ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 5 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will be treated as a 'NO SHOW' and will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved services.

Please also keep in mind that late arrivals may result in a rushed service, which can negatively affect the quality of your airbrush tan.

Children:

Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes, we are unable to have children in the salon during an appointment unless they are being serviced. We do not have the facilities to care for children and do not provide child supervision.

Pets:

As much as we love furry friends, please leave your pets at home unless they are a licensed service animal.

Not happy with the outcome of your tan?

Please view our FAQ page for troubleshooting information. Proper prep is crucial to the outcome of your tan, however there are other factors that come in to play.

Please notify us within 48 hours of your service with any issues. This allows us to ask questions and ask for photos to assess the situation. While we do not offer refunds, a credit to your account may apply if we find that it was an error on our part.

TAN BUILD-UP:

Proper tan maintenance will result in an even fade, which is perfectly fine to spray over.

Clients with significant, patchy build-up of tan will not be sprayed with higher than a 6% DHA (extra light tan).

Spraying over an old, uneven tan may result in uneven application, and can hinder development, resulting in a brassy/orange tone.

Please try to remove all previous tan prior to your next appointment. Tan remover available in-studio.

We take pride in our tans and kindly ask that you take care of them before re-spraying :)
